Thomas M. Zlogar is an attorney in the Shay Glenn LLP where he focuses in drafting patent applications, patent prosecution, IP due diligence investigations including freedom to operate and invalidity analyses and writing non-infringement and invalidity opinions.
Prior to joining the Shay Glenn LLP, Tom was an associate in the medical device group at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati. He has relevant patent experience in implantable medical devices and diagnostic tools, fluidic devices, and computer hardware.
Tom received his J.D. from University of San Francisco where he was a member of the law review. Tom received a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
