Jim Shay is co-founder of Shay Glenn LLP who served as Managing Partner from November 1, 2006 until shifting into an Of Counsel role in 2018.  Jim retired from the practice of law on January 31, 2023, after a long and storied career spanning over 40 years in patent prosecution, patent litigation, investor diligence and innovation counseling.
