Garrett O’Sullivan is an attorney at Shay Glenn LLP, whose practice focuses on patent application drafting, patent prosecution and IP due diligence primarily in the biotechnology and medical device industries.

Prior to joining Shay Glenn LLP, Garrett was in-house counsel and Director of Intellectual Property for Matrix Biomed, Inc., focusing on patent prosecution work and portfolio development in the fields of drug development and transcriptomics.

Garrett received his J.D. from Western Michigan Law School in 2015 and a B.S. in Biology from Oakland University in 2011.

Garrett is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
